Installing & using the Keystone Identity Service (replay)

Forrest Taylor

One of the core servies of OpenStack is the Keystone Identity Service. Keystone is crucial to the architecture of OpenStack as it provides identity, token, catalog, and policy services for other OpenStack projects.

In this hands-on session, we’ll provide content from the Red Hat OpenStack Administration (CL210) course and step you through the process of installing Keystone and creating a service and endpoint. You’ll configure users, roles, and tenants (projects) and verify that Keystone authenticates your identity.
