In this session, Accenture Software representatives will discuss how Accenture and Red Hat are teaming up to integrate Accenture’s Foundation Platform for Java™ with OpenShift by Red Hat to create a powerful platform for private Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS). Attendees will learn about the combined benefits of AFP-J™ and OpenShift, as well as how Accenture performs migration of legacy applications onto a modernized platform. Using a COBOL application to Java/JEE scenario, speakers will demonstrate a practical application of architecture-driven modernization (ADM) to solve the complex problems involved with re-architecting and migrating legacy applications to modern application platforms like OpenShift.
